Free Cancellation
Cancel up to 24 hours before your scheduled safari start time for a full refund. No questions asked.
Late Cancellation
Cancellations made within 12-24 hours of the scheduled time may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee to cover reserved vehicle costs.
No Refunds
Refunds are not available for:
- Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the tour.
- No-shows (if you fail to arrive at the pickup point).
- Guests who cut the tour short due to personal reasons.
Weather Policy
If we cancel the tour due to extreme weather or park closures by government authorities, you will receive a 100% refund or the option to reschedule for another date.
